My upcoming book – to be released mid Oct 2022

I’ve gone through a few iterations of the cover. This is the one I like the most, but before I make things final, I’d like to find out what you think.

This book addresses the problem of guilt and shame experienced by night owls connected with the desire to fix themselves and become ‘normal’. 

Because society claims that being ‘normal’ allows a person to be healthy and wealthy. And, according to conventional wisdom, this is achieved by waking up early, having early breakfast, and early exercise. 

Except, in the case of night owls (about 16% of population), the above ‘advice’ will cause obesity, disease, and depression, not to mention early death. 

Just like being left-handed, being a night owl is genetic, NOT a result of a deviant mind or poor character or habits. IT IS NOT A CHOICE but a biological reality. 

In this book, I illustrate (through science and anecdotes) how this biological reality affects night owls and what they can do about it.

To show them how to navigate the world of the early riser to achieve health and wealth by working with nature rather than against it.
