My upcoming book – to be released late March 2023

Typically, I write about architecture, construction & property. However, when it comes to writing books I usually like to research a subject that I’m particulary interested in or that’s personal to me.

This brings us to my first book, ‘Go to Sleep Late’, which emerged as a result of my life’s journey as a night owl.

This book addresses the problem of guilt and shame experienced by night owls living in a world of early risers. Because according to conventional wisdom, health and wealth is achieved by waking up early, having early breakfast, and early exercise. 

Except, in the case of night owls (about 16% of population), the above strategy has the opposite effect and causes obesity, disease, and depression, not to mention early death in night owls. 

Just like being left-handed, being a night owl is genetic, NOT a result of a deviant mind or poor character or habits. IT IS NOT A CHOICE but a biological reality. 

In this book, I explore how this biological reality affects night owls and what they can do about it.

To show them how to navigate the world of the early riser to achieve health and wealth by working with nature rather than against it.
