I feel that in today’s world HARD WORK is often confused with with RUSHED or DISTRACTED aka “MULTI-TASKING”.
I think that employers are increasingly expecting that and it might not be obvious to them, but when they expect you to work on a project / answer the phone / respond to you every time you have a question about something (every 5 min) / check emails / follow up clients enquiry etc…. it seems strange that they’re surprised when you start to make mistakes.
In my vocabulary the definition of hard work means;
– Intellectual or Physical Sweat
